Any significant extra work or changes will be discussed and agreed with you before the additional work is carried out wherever reasonably possible.
Payment is due as agreed when the job is booked. Deposits may be required for materials or larger projects. Unpaid balances remain due after completion.
You must provide reasonable access to the property and tell us about known issues that may affect the work. Materials supplied by you must be suitable for the job.
Work will be carried out with reasonable care and skill. If you believe something is not right with our workmanship, contact Stephen promptly so it can be inspected and, where appropriate, put right.
If you need to cancel or rearrange a booked job, please give as much notice as possible. Any reasonable costs already incurred for materials or work will remain payable.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UK consumer law. These terms apply alongside those rights.
